In case passengers need to purchase essential daily items like toiletries, briefs, vests, and medication, the airline offers compensation of 100 USD provided that the baggage delay must be 24 hours or more.

Flight Delays at Icelandair Terminal PIT

Passengers whose flight has been delayed by 5 hours or more and who do not wish to reschedule their flight to the same or later date have the option to request a refund on the unused portion of the fare.
